The Love Project 2

Hey love, Happy Sunday to you. My love project has taken a very interesting turn and I am feeling so happy that I forgot to update you all.

How are you? We are 9 days into the month and 8 days into our love project. How is yours coming along? Need motivation? I think this might help.

You deserve love and most importantly, you deserve it from yourself. How else would you love yourself than by investing in yourself ? What better time is there than the time declared for love? Further this February is super duper special. Why?Because, this year, February has 4 Sundays, 4 Mondays, 4 Tuesdays, 4 Wednesdays, 4 Thursdays, 4 Fridays and 4 Saturdays. This happens once every 823 years. This is called “money bags. I read from Mo Issa and I found that very interesting. So yeah, it’s a very special time to make yourself feel special.

Just in case you missed the post on the love project, you can also read here. To summarize, the love project is taking one aspect of your life and working on it.

My project is to work on my body and turn my fats into lean muscles and also develop my writing. Turns out I can do much more but I am being careful not to miss the two goals I set for myself. I got to make a plan with my instructor which begins from next week. Will bring you shots from our sessions soon.

I am also reading a lot and trying to find some writing courses to undertake. In the mean time, I am just practicing tips from newsletters I receive from authors.

That is about it for me.

    Shalom Afiya. I love how you are focusing on loving ourselves on this Love Project rather than worrying about presents and someone asking us to be their Valentine date?.

    I’m showing love to myself through:

    Daily exercise or as frequently as possible ;

    Improving my faith walk or relationship with God through books and;

    A consistent skin care routine.

    I am making progress especially with the exercise and skin care. I have slacked with the books because I am back to school and there is so much to study. But, I am enjoying this season. The best is yet to come
